Crèche

At Erina we provide a creche for children between the ages of 0 and 3.

Each Sunday two minders are provided in the room so that parents may leave their child while they participate in the service.
As many parents can testify it is very difficult to keep babies and toddlers still during a whole service and often what ends up happening is one parent has to leave the service at some point.
By providing this room we are making it easier for parents to feel a part of the church. We are able to do this by the parents leaving their child in the creche to be looked after by the minders or by them staying in the creche with their child.
The creche is directly beside the church and has two large windows enabling the people inside to still see all that is happening and also hear all that is happening without being a disturbance to those in church. The room has been set up with age specific toys and all broken toys are immediately destroyed. The room also has a high chair, a lounge for feeding mums to sit in, heaps of books and a bouncer.
A change table is also on the premises for when needed.

Each Sunday Creche runs from 9.45am until the conclusion of the service.
